my name is maggie, and i own my own home in enfield, ct. i'm currently looking for a roommate to help cut down on costs. my boyfriend lives with me, but he's only home for a couple hours in the afternoon / evening, and during the day on the weekends so it won't be an overcrowded house. i have 1 bedroom available for rent which is fully furnished i.e. queen size bed, dresser, and closet; my house is located very close to 91. i've attached pictures of the house, furniture, and room available (the available room is currently being used as storage, but the room would be completely cleaned out upon moving in). i'm looking for $700.00 per month for rent which includes all utilities and wifi (cable tv an additional $10 plus the cost to install an additional box which is a one time fee of $50). i'm asking for first and last months rent upon moving in, no security deposit. i don't drink, don't do drugs, but i do smoke. i'm a very (i emphasize very) clean person - messes and i don't get along so i'm looking for a roommate that isn't a slob. i do have a dog, but he's 80 lbs of pure love and goofiness. the room is available september 1, 2017 so please contact me if interested.
