i am renting out the master bedroom in my two bedroom/ 2 bathroom apartment available on august 1st. there is a possibility the room could be available a week earlier if need be. its a big enough room for a couple, and a really good sized room for one person. a little about myself. i am an actor/producer, pretty quiet guy, not really into partying, but don't mind having people over from time to time. here are some facts about the apartment: *washer and dryer inside the apartment *1300 sq. ft, with big kitchen. *the master bedroom i am renting out is 13ft by 15ft, (not including bathroom) with 3 full closets. nice bathroom with his and her sinks. *garage parking with gate access, and security guard at night. *wet bar. * each room in the apartment is on opposite side's of the apartment. *only 5 miles from csun. *located on the top floor, and on the corner of the complex, so only one apartment is below, and one to the side, it's a very quiet place. rent is $825 per month, with a $1000 refundable deposit. it is month to month rent. please email me if interested, thank you!
