looking for a housemate4-floor split level home in quiet neighborhood. bedroom and private bath on sub-level available for rent. also, on same level is a family room, which can predominately be used as your living area. however, one level up is a kitchen, dining room, and living room which can be shared. on the top level are two bedrooms and a bath....my area. fenced in backyard where my great dane and rottie hang out and there's a deck for nice evenings outdoors. they are sweet, funny, non-destructive dogs. basement level has some storage and a washer and dryer. the house has a security system (plus the dogs as added security (-:), dishwasher, attached 2 car garage (one space available) with automatic garage door opener, fireplace, cable, and wifi.
if you have a dog of your own that is at least 60 pounds or more, gets along with my dogs, i may consider renting to you and your furry family member at an additional fee.
the house is within minutes of 3 major highways, 30 minutes from downtown cleveland, 40 minutes from akron, and 25 minutes from strongsville and medina.
i am basically a quiet person, friendly, educated, and looking for someone who:
*does not use drugs
*has a reliable job
*will pay rent on time, in full
*will be respectful of me, the house, and the dogs
*will not be having parties...an occasional trustworthy guest is ok....overnight guests ok upon discussion
*male or female, smoker or non-smoker, ages 30 to 55
