i have a room to rent in my house in elkton, md right on the de/md border. it is a 4 bedroom house 2.5 baths. there will be three people living in the house, myself included. i'm a professional staff member at ud 30 years old. the other person is male mid 20's first year graduate student at ud. rent is $500 (it's a bedroom with shared bath, shared with one other,) and that includes all utilities (gas, water, cable, wireless internet,central a/c.heat,etc.). there also is a washer/dryer, dishwasher, deck with fire pit and gas grill, large wooded backyard, nice kitchen, and other common areas of the house. in addition to the bedroom you have full use of all common areas of the house. there is plenty of storage space in the house.
