hello,


my name is sarah and i am currently living in a 2 br/2 ba apartment with a wonderful female professional who is very easy going and friendly. i only moved down here for the year for training and will be moving out july 15. as such, i am looking for someone who is clean, neat, professional, and also easy going to take my place on the lease. the actual lease is from october-october. rent plus utilities comes out to about $900 a month. your bedroom would have its own private bathroom. there is a washer/dryer unit inside the apartment as well as a dishwasher. the apartment also comes with a fireplace and balcony. my roommate already has a television and a couch set up, which she kindly shares.


the location is 15 minutes from bwi airport. it is a couple streets over from gateway overlook which is a plaza with a trader joe's, ulta, and best buy among many other businesses. columbia is a 10 minute driver (a town over) where the loyola graduate campus is located as well as many other businesses including walmart, starbucks, staples, and weggman's.
