i have two spare bedrooms available in my house and am renting them out to help pay bills after spousal separation. each room is unfurnished and includes a closet. laundry, kitchen, and guest bathroom are right down the hall. home location is in eagles landing subdivision close to acc elgin and elgin high school, 10 min from elgin isd schools and downtown elgin, 40 min from austin and pflugerville. rent is $450/mo including all bills paid (electric, water, gas, wireless internet, access to netflix streaming and hulu accounts) per room- if you want to rent both rooms i can accommodate you for $700/mo. move in requires $35 application fee, passing application and background check, then first month's rent. i am a 40 year old male who works in austin- in general i am easy to get along with and so are my two neutered male cats. nonsmokers preferred, but ok if you limit smoking to outside only. this home is ideal for college students on a budget or small families looking for an affordable home during transition between residences. please email me and we can set up a meeting, then see if our needs and personalities click.
