i am looking for a roomate to share a 2 bdrm apartment with, beautiful interior includes granite countertops, upgraded cabinets and appliances, washer and dryer in unit, baseboard and crown molding, walk in closet. the apartment is furnished minus the bedroom for rent, the rent would be $550 a month plus cable/internet shared between the two parties. the deposit is $300 but that would also be shared so $150 ea. im 23 years old but very mature and hard working/responsible. im an outside smoker and enjoy beer/ mixed drinks when im off work. im easy going and relaxed looking for a male/female roomate who is similiar and wont trash the place. please contact me immediately if interested to start the application process as april 1st is fast approaching.
