i have only 2 rooms for rent. one is $450 per month and it has a bed,dresser and an a.c. lights and water is furnished on both rooms. the other room is only $300 per month and nothing is furnished except lights and water. there is only 1bathroom. there is a $50 non-refundable deposit. no drugs,alcohol or anything illegal. if you need clothes washed, it's only $5 per load and you must provide your own laundry detergent,dryer sheets and food plus dorm frig. and microwave.
