i'm looking for a female roommate preferably, a male roomie is negotiable, for a big (2300 sq ft) edmond home, at nw 33rd, between western and sante fe.
the floor plan is a little different, it's two master bedrooms and two master baths, so the room i'm renting is huge.
it's definitely big enough for two girls to share, or an individual, the master bath has a glass shower, whirlpool bath tub, and double sinks.

this is a gated community location!!
so, you'll have your own gate opener, and extra security!

the house is brand new, finished in 2009 and i've been the only owner.
appliances are shared and available including:
-new front load h/e washer & dryer
-new, huge stainless steel fridge
-brand new electric stove
-livingroom tv
-dining table
-beautiful furnished living room
and, there's even a queen size guest bed available, if needed.

clean two garage, and i only have one car!
so you'll have covered parking.

i've got a big yard, but there's no fence, so unfortunately large outside dogs aren't do-able.
however, i have a small puppy dog :) and so smaller dogs are possible.
no cats, i'm allergic.

rent is $800, plus half of the bills and a deposit. non-negotiable.
