the home is a 3-bedroom, 3-full bath, 3-level townhome located in the quiet west shore community of edgewood. the home has a nicely sized deck, as well as a patio, and a decent sized backyard, which backs up to water. washer and dryer in home. convenient to aberdeen proving ground. merely minutes from i-95, rt. 40 (pulaski hwy) and rt. 7 (philadelphia rd). easy access to baltimore (20-25 mins), dc, and annapolis. close to shopping, dining, and entertainment.

private room is above-ground basement (approx. 480 sq. ft.). has own full bathroom with jacuzzi tub. closet, window, access to patio. enough space for bedroom area, sitting area and/or office, however you want to configure it. share kitchen and living room.
