apartment to share in a great location for a great price for a responsible individual looking for a place to rent. i am a stony brook university graduate student and i am a quiet and responsible person and i am also 27 and gay so that shouldn't be an issue for the renter either. the renter should be responsible and be able to pay the rent on time every month. you have freedom to come and go and there is plenty of parking for you and your friends. we would share the common areas of the apartment and all the main utilities are included in the rent. feel free to email me if you would like to see the place. the shorter the lease the more the rent will be ($800 month). there is also maid service at certain times during the school year. pictures to come! first month's rent and security deposit equal to the same will be required. room will be available june 20th, or sooner if needed.
