i'm a quiet, respectful, laid back but reliable, non-smoking 20 year old female, fulltime uc-denver student looking for same as a house-mate. i'm not a partier but a few friends visit on occasion. no drugs. i would prefer to have a roommate to stay through the summer and beyond. perfect if you work and/or attend school during summer months. i may bring my cat to live with me at some point but i'm still trying to decide if the place will work for a pet.

$500 includes all utilities and internet. furnished bedroom with big double closet in newly renovated cottage. boxspring & mattress are brand new. quiet, safe neighborhood occupied by lots of families and older people. bus is convenient 1 block from rtd stop; minutes to light rail or drive and park 'n ride at station. 20 to 25 minute total commute (by bus & light rail) to auraria campus (or downtown). free on street parking, new appliances, microwave. washer/dryer (combo) is in kitchen. all windows have new blinds. very clean. convenient to shopping, entertainment and services.
