i graduating college and looking for 2-3 female roommates for my townhouse; condo. there is a master bedroom with a walk in closet which is 600.00. and the two other bedrooms are normal size with full closets which is 400.00. all three bedrooms are located on the third floor of the condo with a full bathroom in in the center. i am looking for mature 21-30 range females with stable jobs and fun personalities. i will also be living in the house of the first floor. it is a spacious updated living environment in which i will be working on small projects to remodel it more; (nothing to crazy - i'm not that skilled!) the utilities are not included in the rent however usually should only be 75-100.00 more. i do have central air so depending on everyones preference will determine that bill. i am graduating in may however i do plan on getting my masters. i work full time and workout about 5x a week. i do like to go out occasionaly however i am very big on respecting others in the house and coming in quietly. i am 'ify' on the pet situation. because there is 3 open bedrooms i personally don't mind a small animal however everyone in the house would have to agree. smoking is not allowed in the house at all but i do have a patio off the dining room. i would love if your interested in knowing more just to write me back with any questions, concerns, or comments.
