roommate wanted to share a large house in eagle mountain. my house is located on 3 acres in the ranches of eagle mountain. it faces the east with great views of utah lake and the mountains. in addition to the amazing views, the neighborhood is safe and quiet with parks and trails. if you are thinking eagle mountain is too far away from slc or provo, it really isn't. it's a short drive away from both, however you get to enjoy the small, quiet feel of a small city out here.

the house is 5,000 square feet with 3,800 square feet finished. i have a 6 car garage and a 6 car driveway, and one garage stall comes with the rent. we will share the kitchen and the laundry on the main floor. the 1200 square foot upstairs for rent offers a master bedroom, a master bathroom, 2 spare bedrooms, along with a living room.

i have 2 lazy cats and 2 small dogs so you must be ok with that. they are house trained and will not occupy the upstairs area and will not be in your way.

rent is $700.00/month and we will split the utilities. a $400.00 deposit is required, $200.00 is non refundable.
