looking for someone to move in asap.master bedroom has it's own private bathroom so you don't have to share with anyone. pretty much all the other places like this require you to share one, so this is a plus.
pets are welcome but must stay in the room while inside. a pet deposit may be required by management and will be your responsibility.
if you don't have a bed, there is a nice comfy air mattress provided. you may also bring living room/dining room furniture if you want.
rent is $420 monthly or we can split the bills evenly. you can stay on a month-to-month basis. the rent will be pro-rated for this month, so if you move in this weekend it will only be $210. there is a required fully refundable deposit of $420. you get this back as long as you give 30 days notice before moving out. this gives me time to find a replacement.
