private, furnished room in a 3 bedroom townhouse available preferably to a female professional or mature student. only one guest allowed at a time, and must be okay with 2 hypoallergenic shih-poos - no extra pets allowed, no smokers, no drugs, criminal record, or drama please.amenities include a cozy furnished downstairs bedroom with wi-fi, an antique wardrobe and desk. next to bedroom is an adjacent bathroom with indoor washer & dryer. you will also have access to the kitchen, living room, dining room two outdoor decks, tv, parking, and entertainment area.
this is a safe and quiet environment located within the woodcroft community of durham with lovely walking trails through-out.
it is also conveniently located close to nccu, duke, and chapel hill.
a three month commitment is desired but negotiable. $600 rent is due the 1st of the month. security deposit is one month's rent due at move-in and will be reimbursed at move out after full cleaning and inspection has taken place.
a $25.00 cleaning fee will be deducted from the deposit to clean the room and carpeting upon move-out. if seriously interested, must reply with a resume and references for the next step of communication as in this time of false impressions, i want to be safe and i want you to feel secure as well. thank you for reading!
