hello,i am 34 year old female with a full time professional job and i'm pretty laid back. the room for rent is in a 2 story, 1260 square foot condo with a basement. it is dublin right outside the 270 loop. the neighborhood is quiet with easy access to 270, close all the shops and restaurants on sawill, close powell and 20 minutes from downtown. you must be 21 years or older, responsible and a non-smoker. i have a friendly cat, one additional cat is allowed. no dogs and no kids. lease terms are month to month. the room has a small desk, small dresser and bed and the room is 13 x 11. i can send more pictures as well. this room is larger than you would typically have in an apartment. the kitchen is well equipped and there is an outdoor fenced in patio. great opportunity for grad student or young professional. i have lots of pictured that i can email to you. i am pretty lsid back and quiet, please let me know if you have any questions or would like to meet :) thanks!
