i'm offering two of the three rooms in my 1510 sq ft house in downey, ca. you will have full access to the whole house (kitchen, living room, laundry room, 1.5 bathrooms).the rooms are a standard size with built in closets. will not be furnished, you get to bring your stuff with you! i'm looking for a total of two easy going - yet responsible - roommates to help me cover the cost of rent. if you are a couple and are interested in one or the two rooms we can work out a deal. i'm a really relaxed person, just looking to live and let live. i want to find roomates that i can relate to and we can be friends because we're going to live together and i don't want things to be weird :) my parents live in the guest house, so you will see them through the sliding glass doors in the living room but they work all day and just keep to themselves in the evenings (drama free). all windows and sliding glass doors have customized blinds for privacy. rent will cover internet, cable, water, gas, and the electricity bill. i have a drive way we can share, but there is also a lot of street parking available. the neighborhood is very calm and beautiful.
****must like dogs:*** there are a total of 5 dogs in the property, 3 of them never come into the house because they are my parents dogs, but the 2 others are mine and will have access to the common areas. they are very well behaved and clean dogs :)
no smoking inside the house, but you are free to smoke outside in the front yard.
