i'm a 27 year old male in my 3rd year as a professional student (doctorate) and i'm moving off-campus - i'm someone who needs to study 24/7, i cleanup after myself, i do not smoke, i do not do drugs, i'm out of the college partying stage, i'm responsible, and i pay bills on time. i think i'm easy to get along with and a good roommate (i've had male and female roommates).

i'm looking for a roommate who is at the same point in life as me and is looking for a quite and clean place to call home. i would prefer a grad student or professional. the apartment is very close to local colleges (midwestern, college of dupage) shopping, highways 355 and 88, and restaurants.

the apartment is a complex (fairway grove at ogden ave. near the ford and jeep dealerships off finley) and is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, with balcony about 1100-1200 square feet. the $600 is for rent and we will split the wi-fi and electric. (the complex covers the other utilities - heat, water, garbage, parking, etc).
