$700 + half utilities (gas/electric/wireless internet). dover, nh. just moved into a spacious 1200 sq. ft., two bedroom furnished condo – early 20’s male, professional looking for friendly, non-smoking, non-vaping roommate that has a full time job (outside the house), good sense of humor, helpful with cleaning and likes dogs. relaxed, quiet place to live. this is a non-heavy drinking/drug free home. i have a small group of friends get together about once a week for gaming, dinner and a good laugh. i also enjoy movies/skiing/friends/family. you would have a parking space directly in front of the door and a bedroom upstairs. also use of common space (living room, kitchen/dining room, 1 � bathrooms, washer and dryer next to full bathroom upstairs, brick patio out back. sewer/water/snow plowing/lawncare, indoor sprinkler-fire alarm is covered. just minutes to downtown dover and 95/spaulding. we don’t need to be best friends; but if we are living together, we need to be comfortable. sending along a link to your facebook would be very helpful. please mention somewhere in the subject line of your email: “11 tideview”, so i know you are a real person. after meeting you and reviewing the application a background check will need to be completed prior to signing a 6 month lease. the room can be viewed now by evening or weekend appointment.
