we are a nice and neet boyfriend and girlfriend looking for a roommate. we are non-smokers and drink socially. both work full and part time jobs. we have a cat and a cage ferret, which every once in a while let lose for about an hour to play with the cat. everything is included into the price of rent. apartments are safe, very friendly, warm, and quiet environment. i haven't heard of any cars or apartments getting broken into. we have everything for cooking and cleaning are here and available.
