• this apartment has great access to public transportation!! 10-min walk to ashmont (red line) or 7-minute bus ride to fields corner (red line). the bus stop is literally 1 minute away from the house. i-93 is five minutes away. there is only street parking.
• room is spacious and has attractive hardwood floors with built-in small closet; bay windows. room is not furnished. room faces east, so much cooler in summer.
• rent = $700/mo without utilities, which run roughly $125 per month (including heat and wifi)
• landlord will do credit and reference check
• your roommates are a male and female, in early to mid 20s, who work in the boston area.
