this room is down the street from highline community college. i mostly rent to hcc students. the room that 's available is downstairs and fully furnished with walk in closet.you are able to use the kitchen and laundry. you share a bathroom with other renters. i live in the home too, so all rules are inforced. if you like your privacy and a quiet home, this is the place for you! all utilities are included (high speed internet that's wifi and comcast cable hook up for each room). the bathroom is scoured once a week by the owner, so everything is always neat and clean!
if you'ld like to see the room, just let me know. the room will go fast, since it's unusual i don't even have a backup waiting list...first time.
