i'm a 30 year old college student, looking to share my 2 bedroom apartment with a responsible drug-free adult. the apartment is located just a few blocks from the marina in the heart of downtown des moines, with a bar, movie theater, and coffee shop all across the street. it's not far from the entrance to 509 and access to main bus lines is also just blocks away. des moines is a great place to live! it has the feel of a small town, but it's only 20 minutes from seattle, tacoma and renton without traffic. the apartment has an amazing view of the puget sound, with vashon island and the olympic mountains all within sight from the living room, kitchen and spacious deck. there is also a small storage unit downstairs that has some extra space. sorry no pets please, as they are not allowed in the complex. rent includes parking, water, garbage, cable and wi-fi. the only drawback to the apartment is there are no on-site laundry facilities. a credit check, first month's rent and a $100 deposit are required to move in. the electric bill varies each month and is the only additional split cost. the room will be available april 15th. please email me if you're interested in the place...
