i am moving to california in mid october and i wanted to sublease my room with own bathroom. it is a spacious room with your own bathroom the only thing you will be sharing is the kitchen, living room and patio. the condo is located in des moines wa it is 20 minute drive to seattle (that is how long it takes me to get to work located in seattle). you also have bus line number 156 which goes to the south center mall and century link light rail by the airport that goes to seattle downtown. the seatec international airport is about 15 minutes away from this location. you can also get bus number 122 that has morning routes to seattle. highland community college is down the street from the apartments and the marina is located five minutes drive away. the room plus bathroom is for $530 a month, $200 deposit and electric bill is is usually up to $32 give and take which is split in half. the rest of october will be free plus $100 towards next months rent. small dogs are ok but you do have to pay $400 extra deposit to the condo management and 150 of it is non refundable. you are subleasing therefore your name is going to be on the lease. must be a female, with a job and be able to pass background check. if you are serious contact me i will set up a time when you can come and look at the place. i want to move out by end of october or sooner therefore please contact me if you are serious five three zero-400-seven five six one.
