hi! my name is vanessa and i am looking for a roommate to share this great east wash park bungalow. it is is walking distance to both the shops on gaylord and wash park. it is a great house in a great location!! the house is two bedrooms and a bath upstairs in the main living area and there are two beds and a bath in the finished basement. you would have the option of renting the room upstairs or taking the entire downstairs. the house has a lot of space we can share, central heat and a/c, guest room, and a large backyard. rent is $1150 plus half of the utilities. my lease is good through 07/31/2016 with an option to renew. pets welcomed, but must be well behaved.
