my roommate norm and i are looking for a roommate to enjoy our 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house. we are looking for a responsible, clean and tidy male or female who works regular hours.
you will have your own private full bath and living room on the basement level. there is room for your own couch and tv area. the front porch has a rocker for summer evenings and there is a bbq on the covered back patio. absolutely no smoking. the lease is month to month but i'm looking for a long term roommate. sorry, no pets.

the house is located in a quiet neighborhood in virginia vale a couple blocks from the cherry creek bike path. it's conveniently located between downtown (20 minutes) and the tech center (15 minutes) for an easy commute. it's also minutes from cherry creek north & cherry creek mall, city set, and university of denver (du).
currently the bathroom is a half bath but starting march 6th i will be adding a shower and refinishing the entire bathroom. the construction should take 2-4 weeks so i'll take off $50 per week of construction for your inconvenience but then you will have a brand new private bathroom.
my roommates are home now but i am currently out of town until february 20th. as a result i have not taken pictures of some of the recent updates which include skylights, two remodeled bathrooms, energy efficient recessed light throughout, a closet added to your room and new windows throughout the house.
