i have 1 room available for month to month lease in my home. the room shares a bath with 1 other tenant who is male. myself and another roommate lives upstairs. the kitchen, laundry, and out door spaces are considered community spaces. the kitchen is fully equipped and has a very nice gas stove. there is a pagoda out back with a fire pit and grill that is also common spaces.
we respect others privacy, clean-up after ourselves in the shared spaces.
the location is 3 miles from downtown close to sloan's lake, on bus routes and train rtd routes.
we are professionals with typical 9-5 work day schedules.
