i'm renting the master bedroom of this bi-level house. it is just west of park meadows mall (minutes away from c-470 and i-25). motiff is 70s but it's a very comfortable house. plenty of trees and a huge yard with a horse shoe pit, and a shed that i just built. very close to lone tree entertainment, restaurants, shopping, 2 parks & trails, churches, and dtc. du is 14 minutes north of here. i'm an easy going carpenter currently going to kaplan university (online) for a bachelors in it. for those that don't, i do smoke, and i have a beautiful siberian husky who was rescued from the hurricane katrina. the terms will be a signed lease, and the deposit is $500. i'd like to go on a month to month basis at first to check compatibility. after that, longer terms are fine. also, i have to do a background and credit check ($25). utilities will be about 125 per month. if this sounds good to you, get in touch with me!
