(and the owner of the house uses the 3rd room when she is in town so no screwy landlords, bonus)!! the home is dog friendly since maddox is welcoming to all shapes and sizes. he is a big black lazy dog that can be mistaken as a statue sometimes. although he will run amuck with the rest of them. 4 legged friends are not required but one must love dogs. the house is a 3 bedroom/2 bath ranch style, updated kitchen with a huge island, fireplace, hard wood/tile throughout, w/d, a/c, driveway, weekly lawn crew, 2 sheds for plenty of storage, fenced yard and a patio with a grill and fire pit for your friendly gatherings. the large room has 2 big bright window, ceiling fan and large closet. freshly painted a neutral color to go with everything. and your very own bathroom! the house is located blocks from a huge park, light rail, bus stops, du, grocery stores, lots of yummy restaurants, bars, entertainment, shopping and the cherry creek trail. tucked in a cute neighborhood but close to everything! you've got the best of both worlds!
rent is $575 plus $25 doggie rent(if applicable). utilities between the 3 roommates each month avg $60. lease: long term or short term available.
