i'm a 30 year old female, 3rd grade teacher. i love to be in my clean and peaceful home to relax and host dinner parties. i am out-doorsy, down to earth, and like to have fun. i have a yellow lab, named kodi, so dog lovers are a must. i would accept another well-behaved dog, (it would kind of be nice for kodi to have a friend.) location is only 15 minutes from downtown and really convenient to getting all over denver. detached garage (with one available parking space), lots of storage, recently remodeled, new appliances, private bath, 2 separate living room spaces, fenced yard, bbq and garden. no smoking, no drugs, social drinkers are okay.
