i'm looking for an easy-going, good-natured, respectful, mature, drama-free, reliable, responsible, but fun (non-smoking) female roommate to share a 2 bedroom condo for 6 months or longer. it is in a great location on the border of littleton and centennial. it is near broadway and arapahoe. there is public transportation right outside the door. there is also a trail nearby.
as for me, i'm down-to-earth, respectful, and fun. i work in retail, so my hours are different on a daily basis. i believe in open communication and talking through any issues that arise. i would prefer someone who didn't smoke pot on a regular basis. my landlord does not accept pets. the only utilities that need to be paid are gas/electric and wifi. i love hiking 14ers and windsurfing in the summer or basically anything outdoorsy any time of the year. if you have any interest or questions, please contact me if you are interested. i look forward to meeting you.
