great room for rent in the berkeley/highlands/regis university area. i would love to stay but life happens!here are the specifics:
-you would take over my portion of the lease (ends june 14, 2015).
-you will have your own private bathroom, bedroom, and walk-in closet. this is the master bedroom.
-there are currently two other males living here (21 and 25 yrs old). great roommates: quite, pay rent on time, clean, and they are looking for a male or female to do the same. not partiers, non-smokers, etc..this is a non-smoking house.
-the house has a two car garage, in a cul-de-sac, small fenced in back yard, and includes all kitchen appliances, as well as washer and dryer.
-there is a loft, finished basement, and 3.5 bathrooms throughout the house.
-rent is $667 per month.
-utilities, cable, and internet are the tenants responsibility. all split by the tenants.
-the landlord covers the trash bill, water, and water and sanitation bills.
-security deposit is one months rent.
move in immediately, at a pro-rated rate (depending on move in date)!
