looking for a female tenant to occupy a private 1 bedroom/bath in a fully furnished apartment at clairmont reserve. you would be sharing the living room, dining room, kitchen, and in-unit washer/dryer. the other tenant is a recent emory alum who also currently works at emory. you are welcome to take over the sublease as soon as may 1st, and your internet will be covered for the duration of your stay. if the rent is a bit steep for you, i am willing to negotiate so don't hesitate to contact me.

although my lease ends in july, the unit will still be available if you are looking to lease long-term. clairmont reserve is right across the street from clairmont campus, and is near the va medical center, american cancer society, and the ga public health laboratory.
