hi, we are a lesbian couple renting out a room in our apartment. its a large room, with a dresser, closet and tons of room left. the rent includes utilities, but not cable or groceries. those can be discussed. we would take turns buying things like tp, laundry soap & dish soap. we have a washer & dryer. crappy, but usable. we like to have fun, drink once in a while, but we know how to take things seriously and be responsible. we also have a dog, lilly. pit/lab/boxer mix. she loves people, she's very very lovey, just hyper. no more pets, unless they are caged in your room, or aquarium, ect. cleanliness and a steady income are a big plus. we aren't neat freaks, but we like to keep the place picked up, dishes done, trash out, ect.
