we are 2 females looking for a third roommate for our 3 bedroom townhouse rental in dayton starting sept 1st. the room for rent is unfurnished has ample windows and lots of natural light. there is a nice size closet and new carpeting. you will be sharing a full bath with one other person. there is also an additional half-bath located on the first floor. the rent includes the association fees (includes landscaping, snow removal, pool, clubhouse). you will be responsible for 1/3 of the remaining utilities and cable/internet.the townhouse is in a very nice area and has 3 levels with a finished basement (total of 4 floors). you will have full use of the house -- except the 4th floor as it is a loft/bedroom. the first floor has a very open floor plan -- the eat-in kitchen opens onto the large living/dining room area. there is a gas fireplace and a nice green, fairly private backyard. the 2ndfloor has hall closets and 2 bedrooms and 1 full hall bath.
special amenities: professional landscaping, three tot lots, baseball field, basketball court, tennis court, clubhouse w/gym, pool, outdoor storage closet.
5 minutes to commuter bus / park & ride. 45 minutes to nyc and philadelphia. centrally located among princeton, trenton, north brunswick, east brunswick, and new brunswick. close to nyc trains, nj turnpike, route 1, and route 130
about us: we both have very steady full-time jobs. one is 24 and an elementary school teacher and the other is 25 and is an inside sales rep for an it reseller. we are easy to get along with and very social. we are looking for someone who has a similar lifestyle as us (and likes or tolerates cats). i have two very friendly, sweet cats who will be sharing the townhouse with us. they are well behaved and are very well taken care of. unfortunately, we can't take in any additional pets.
