hi, i'm ryan. i have a junior master bedroom with private bathroom availible. this is a 4br/3bath large family home. the room is in the back if the home for extra privacy. the entire home is furnished with new furniture and appliances. prive gated neiborhood with driveway parking. i have my 3 year old son whom is very well behaved every other week so you would obviously have to be ok with a child. he is not a screemer or a cryer and we like to go out allot.

i am very laid back and live a very quiet life style. i am an uber driver and do not party,do drugs or smoke. i would be looking for the same in a roommate. someone who also lives a quiet lifestyle. i am very easy to live with and am clean. if you have any questions let me know.
