my boyfriend and i have a spare bedroom in our apartment that we are looking to fill. we prefer a roomie to be a non-smoker, but will accept an outside smoker. we do have a cat and are getting a ferret, so be ok with pets. we do not want a couple to move in as we deal with enough of our own issues. the utilities are mostly covered; we would split the power and cable bills. which will usually total out to about $75-$80/mo per share. he and i work hard for the things we have and look for a roommate that will do the same.
