31 year old single gay male looking for open minded, fun, responsible person to share 1200 sq foot condo in danielson beginning february 1, 2011.

for $600.00/month you get a private bedroom (a little bit bigger than 13' x 9') with a large closet (4.5' x 3'). plus access to all common areas including a large downstairs living room/dining area, fully applianced kitchen (stove, dishwasher, fridge), laundry room (regular laundry, not coin op machines! on same floor as bedrooms!), and 1 and a half bathrooms! not only that but all utilities including internet (i have wifi) and satelite tv are included (you may have to pay an additional fee to get satelite hook up in your bedroom if you want that). not only that but you get to utilize half of the storage room, as well as plenty of storage in the various closets and cabinets in the condo.

i am a divorced dad and get my kids every other weekend, so kid friendly people would be desireable. i have no gender preference, but keep in mind that i'm gay, so you have to be comfortable with that. ideally you will be responsible and respectful, but also cool with the occasional gathering. i tend to be rather neat, so no hoarders please. also there is no indoor smoking, there is a deck outside if you want to utilize that, but i'd prefer a non smoker entirely. otherwise i am very open minded and have a rather liberal mindset about people and your various vices...

the condo association allows for dogs under 25 lbs and cats, but i prefer no pets, however that is negotiable, but keep in mind you will be fully responsible for said pet.

the bedroom is currently painted bright green, and you are allowed to change the color if you like.

fyi, danielson is only 30 minutes from uconn, providence and worcester!
