• you buy food it is yours, if you wish to share that is fine (i do like to cook meals, so sharing my food is not a big deal - within reason)
• noise to a minimum during the day as i work from home
discounted rent option:
since i am disabled and need help with basic chores around the house, such as, taking out trash, mopping, sweeping, and cleaning things below waist level and outside the house, such as, grocery shopping. you can reduce your rent to $450.00 a month if you help with these basic things. you do not need to provide transportation and the like, i am qualified to take dart paratransit services or the fixed bus and train services. you would ride free so long as you are accompanying me on trips.
