your portion of rent will be $700 a month, bills are split and house broken pets are allowed. i do own a small dog who is well trained and friendly, i would prefer to live with someone who either likes or doesn't mind dogs. dogs and cats are allowed but only if they can co-habitate with another animal. you will have your own private bedroom, walk in closet and spacious bathroom with locks. the kitchen has plenty of cabinet space and includes updated appliances. there is a separate room for the washer and dryer which are already in the unit. the apartment is within walking distance of white rock lake with private gated access to trails.
