apartment location is 7 minutes from galleria, 7 minutes from north park mall, 15 minutes from downtown dallas; convenient location and quick access to 75 and 635. your portion of rent will be $600 a month, or $650 for the master bedroom plus bills are split (trash, insurance, water, electricity, internet). there is a $300 deposit

you must have a clean criminal history, the apartment management requires that you are added to the leasing agreement. its a 12 month lease that expires on december of 2016
