$350 room for rent in a suburban home (north dallas off of arapaho/hillcrest)
i am a single mother with an 8 yr old child. we just moved into a beautiful 2500 sq ft 4 bedroom house with a pool. we have a "mother-in-law" guest bedroom available for rent. it is situated off of the kitchen and laundry room, opposite side of the house from our bedrooms. it has it's own full bathroom just outside of the bedroom. there could be private entrance in and out of house for tenant if they wanted to go out of the back doors or through garage. only issues: we do get up early (6:30 a.m. on week days) and are in the kitchen in the mornings cooking etc. this is not a huge house to share with a roomate, however due to property taxes i am looking for someone to rent this room. ideal situation would be someone who enjoys children, would possible trade nanny type duties for lower rent. thorough background check will be required.
