i have a room in a two bedroom apt on preston road (summer villas apt). its approx 1189 sq. ft. roommmate plan, means bedrooms are on the opposite end.

washer dryer connection in the apt but i don't have washer/dryer. you can bring yours. rent is 1160 a month, shared by two. utilities and internet is separate, all divided in half.

i have bed that you can use, or you can bring your own. either way is fine.

you will have to sign the lease which is 35$ online, 50$ at the office. i have taken care of deposit of 200$ and admin fees of 75$. as long as you don't do something that ensures i won't get my deposit back, you don't have to pay anything.

i am a 33 year old professional, quite, clean and easy going. i would like for the roommate to be the same. no drugs plz, no big parties though you can have guests over.
