i got a room for you. looking to sublease for spring/summer quarter 2013, starting 3/24/2013. i'll even pay the rent for the month of march.glacier point apartments in west davis. rent is only $255
it's a very quiet and peaceful complex in a beautiful suburban neighborhood.
4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 big kitchen
you'll be living with 1 relaxed, easygoing roommate (a guy) and 5 other very friendly, chill, and wonderful housemates (4 guys and 1 girl).
apartment has its own washer, dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, stove, microwave, air conditioning, and central heating.
the community building includes a fitness center, media lounge with hd flat screen tvs, a study room with computer and printer access, a pool and a spa.
parking is absolutely free. no need for a permit :-)
it's only 2.5 miles from campus (the mu), easily accessible by bike, car, and the p and q bus lines which run near this apartment.
the closest shopping center is only 1 mile down the street, where there's a safeway and lots of other stores and restaurants. if you go down a little bit further, you'll find the anderson plaza (1.3 miles from apt) with its savemart and more various stories and restaurants.
the rent includes water, sewer, trash, and gas bills.
