we (married couple) have a room available for $800 a month.room is in a small and quiet neighborhood near exit 13 of 400.
there are many shopping centers, major stores and restaurants near by. access to the highway is also near.
included is:
hight speed internet
all utilities, twice a month cleaning maid service that will make your bed and clean your room.
the room is freshly painted and has new furniture, but you can bring your own if you like. large bathroom is right next to the room. i am very flexible with the layout of the room and happy to accommodate any ideas you might have.
the house is very quiet as i am mainly in my office working.
i am a 50 year old computer professional and out at clients for weeks at a time and my wife travels with me.
a 100" projector media room is available to you as well, large backyard to relax, game room with piano as well if you feel so inclined. ps3 and xbox one available if needed, i hardly use them.
ping pong table and poker tables in game room are also available.
