my fianc� and i have two rooms for rent in a very nice furnished town home in the community areas. room and baths are not furnished. both rooms have their own bathrooms. the $600 one is upstairs with private restroom. offering a $500 option is the other room down stairs but the bathroom is just outside the room, but if renting would be there bathroom only. prefer a couple to move in or female. no pets with the exception of a small dog but has to be hypoallergenic. we have a small hypoallergenic dog. very trained and friendly. registered emotional support dog. utilities are not included and would be talked about upon interested parties. txt me at 404.579.6797. if calling leave a voicemail. if agreement is made to move in we don't ask for security deposit. adding parties to the lease agreement is required by our land lord. they require an application fee to be complete $50 per application. since we both are on the lease this is really a formality to insure all parties safety. were five minutes from town square and ten mins or less from 400 hwy. i'm available to help move things if needed have a full garage with plenty of space for storage. have dollys. txt if you have any other questions not covered here. thanks
