i own a house and am looking for a roommate. i work in as a restaurant manager and i like working out, playing games, cooking, and watching movies. summers i try to stay active outdoors as my schedule allows and will hopefully be working on another home improvement project with my grandpa. for a renter it is a must to be responsible and on time with payments. there is a lot of space available in the downstairs living room. you can choose either the upstairs bedroom or the downstairs bedroom. upstairs is slightly bigger, but downstairs is more private. there is a stall in the garage that will become available as soon as my garage project is finished (should be done this summer).
