hello!my current roommate just purchased a house in crowley and we're looking for two additional roommates to fill the other two bedrooms in her three bedroom, two bathroom house. both additional bedrooms that we're renting out share a bathroom. the rent is $650 a month and includes all utilities. the only thing not included is cable since we mainly use hulu or netflix.
the owner has two large breed dogs (alaskan malamute and german shepherd) both of whom are extremely friendly and one is a registered service dog. she also rescued a kitten recently so there is also a cat! when we are not at homes both dogs and cat will be put in their kennels.
we're both working professionals, and enjoy coming home to relax and unwind from the day. we're looking for people who'd enjoy just unwinding and not throw crazy, wild, and loud parties. we're pretty quiet, and we enjoy watching movies and playing video games. we're looking for relatively clean people that know how to clean up after themselves, and do their own laundry.
the rent is again is $650 for your own private bedroom, a shared bath, and all utilities covered. we're looking for drug-free, mature, and professional roommates. the room is unfurnished. if you're looking for a furnished room with the basics (bed, dresser, night stand with lamp) rent will be $700.
