i have 1 room to rent in my home in cromwell, ct. it's a quiet area with plenty of driveway parking, so if you have a car, you can find parking right out back. if not, we have local shops nearby and public transportation as well. the room is furnished with a bed (if needed) the rest of the room is empty. new roommate can customize to there preferences (painting, ect premium cable tv (hbo) and wifi included in rent. all other utilities are included as well . your portion will be $900 per month. my new roommate will have access to the common areas of the home, living room, kitchen.ideally, i'm looking for someone on the younger side to stay at least a few months, no smoking inside, and not to noisy as i spend many of my nights studying (i am still in school). looking for respectful, social, kind roommate who is responsible about rent and bills. perfect for a young professional, college student, grad student, or fellow. if this sounds like it might suit you, please contact me.
